Video: Bars, Restaurants and Seafood in Boat Quay Singapore
A stroll down Boat Quay in Singapore will bring you past seafood restaurants, pubs, and wine bars all with amazing views of the river.
The seafood restaurants will try all sorts of tricks to get you in their shop, offering free beer, “cheap” crab prices, discounts, but be weary, they will find a way to overcharge you some how, whether it’s for really bad fried rice, or claim the seafood weighs more than it really does. Instead, if you are after a nice seafood dinner, try Jumbo where the prices are fixed and the dishes are excellent.
At the end of the street you will find a cluster of bars overflowing with people. Our favorites include Red Dot Brewhouse and The Penny Black. For a more upscale experience, there are a few nice wine bars at the start of the street.
