Nestled behind prime surfing real estate, Cocoon Beach Club is a great destination of it’s own or perfect for relaxing after an afternoon of surfing. With two distinct areas, take your pic of fine dining in the restaurant or lounging around the pool. We were resting our aching bodies after an afternoon of learning how to surf so the lounge side was exactly what we needed to recover. A bottle of champagne helped induce relaxation, as did a dip in the pool and reclining on the cushy day beds. The staff were exceptional, offering the log in details for the free wifi and letting us know more about the club. They have a spa next door with very reasonable rates, and during the day there are dancers that perform on the stage across the street. Cocoon Beach Club also puts on very popular parties including their signature Splash pool party.
Blown away by the lounge side, we had to try the cuisine in their restaurant side and were not disappointed. My husband had the Black Angus Tenderloin that he devoured while mumbling “This is really really good”. I had one of their specials of the day which was risotto topped with massive scallops perfectly seared and seasoned. It was easily the best meal we had during our trip to Bali.
Whether you come to Cocoon for the food, atmosphere or pool party, you are in for a treat.
