The Marina Bay Sands Hotel is an exciting addition to the Singapore hotel scene. It is one of the most complex hotels ever built, consisting of three sloping towers which are connected at the top by the Sands SkyPark. The hotel is the biggest in Singapore, with 2,561 rooms and suites spread over 55 floors with some of the best views of Singapore.
There are four types of rooms: Deluxe, Premier, The Club room and the Grand Club Room. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary decor. Some rooms also include a Nespresso machine and an Ipod dock. The Marina Bay Sands Hotel has 230 luxury suites, included with butler service and access to VIP areas. Views of the South China Sea, Marina Bay and the Singapore Skyline can be seen from the hotel.
There are many different themed suites, I had the opportunity to see the Presidential suite that famous stars like Justin Bieber and others have stayed at.
There are three bedrooms with walk in closets including a master bedroom with a King bed and a furnished balcony. Other rooms include a study room, media room, exercise room with message area, powder room and two living rooms; one with a baby grand piano.
In the master bedroom are separate his and hers bathrooms. This suite is ideal for a family or large groups wanting to vacation like celebrities.
The Sands SkyPark is awe-inspiring, being longer than the height of the Eiffel Tower. It is home to lush gardens and "the world's largest outdoor pool" (at that height), the 150 meter infinity swimming pool.
At tower 1 there is Sky on 57, an asian cuisine restaurant, at tower 2 there is The Club at Marina Bay Sands where club/suite guests can enjoy their breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails, and at tower 3 there is the exclusive lounge Ku De Ta.
Need a dental checkup, medical attention or simply need to do some banking? For whatever your needs, you don't even need to leave the vicinity. The Marina Bay Sands Hotel is attached to the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, and not only do they have top brands but also an in house medical centre, a dental clinic, a pharmacy, and private banking.
For non stop nightlife, the exclusive Pangaea and Avalon night clubs located in the crystal pavilion will keep you dancing all night long.
