Located in Kampong Glam, the newly reopened Malay Heritage Centre offers an opportunity to learn about the history of the area as well as Singapore. The exhibit is made up of a variety of videos displays, photos depicting old ways of life, and samples of clothing, jewellery, dishes and other objects from the past.
The only heritage centre we know of in Singapore where you have to remove your shoes to enter, it's a fun way to learn about Kampong Glam's fascinating past.
