The Sanchaya Bintan
A new luxurious getaway is now open and only 45-minutes from Singapore by boat. The Sanchaya is located on a pristine beach in Bintan, Indonesia, bringing a classic colonial charm to the shores. The resort offers guests bespoke luxury, with beautifully designed spaces and highly personalised service with staff trained by the British Butler Institute.
With only 21 villas, each is designed to reflect a different area in Asia. Eight One bedroom Sea View Villas reflect influences from Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam and four Two Bedroom Sea View Villas reflect influences from Malaysia, The Philippines, Laos and Myanmar.
Then there are the Leelawadee Villas for those who wish to indulge in the luxury of having three spacious bedrooms. The décor is inspired by Thai traditions and culture, with soothing lush garden views and private pool terraces.
Located on the upper floor of The Great House, the suites have either garden or ocean views. These suites are filled with art and luxurious furnishings sourced from across Southeast Asia, reflecting the romantic colonial style of the residence. Each suite has a collection of The Sanchaya fine art and design.
Wine and Dine
The Sanchaya’s restaurants include The Dining Room for all day dining and the poolside Tasanee Grill serving Bangkok street cuisine in a beach setting, find in orange county water damage. The Salon & Library is a tranquil lounge area overlooking the pool and beach and houses a wine and cheese tasting room called Decanter.
