Raffles Singapore – Auspicious Lunar New Year Feasts

The exquisite lunch and dinner packages specially prepared by the team of talented chefs at Raffles Singapore feature an array of symbolic and auspicious dishes such as Steamed Red Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce for Prosperity, Wok-Baked Lobster in Superior Broth and Chinese Wine for Luck & Fortune and Braised Crystal Noodle with Dried Scallop and Mushroom for Longevity as well as the traditional “Yee Sang”.

Welcome the year of the goat with special Lunar New Year delights at Jade restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel. Highlights include Eight Happiness Gold Rush Yu Sheng with Champagne Jelly, Eight Treasures Signature Pen Cai, Sautéed Lobster with Chicken Floss, and Poached Minced Fish and Mutton Fortune Dumpling. From 3 February to 5 March 2015, reunion set menus which consist of a variety of these dishes are priced from S$78++ per person. Lime – Lunar New Year Buffet

From 12th to 20th February 2015, enjoy celebratory feasts at Lime at PARKROYAL on Pickering and savour the best of Chinese cuisine. Highlights include Bi Feng Tang Crusted Pork Rack, Wok-Fried Crayfish with White Pepper Sauce and Black Truffle Oil, Kam Heong Style Crab with Fried Shrimps and Curry leaves as well as Char Siew Roasted Lamb. The restaurant’s dessert station will feature traditional Pan-Fried Nian Gao, Mandarin Orange Cake and the Orange Chocolate Fondue Fountain. Pricing for Lunch buffet is $68++ for adults and $34++ for children. Toss your way to a wonderful year with Traditional Yusheng available with fresh salmon or tuna, the dish is served with traditional preserved vegetables and plum sauce.  Yu Sheng is available at Lime restaurant for $58++ for 4 to 6 pax, and $88++ for 10 to 12 pax.
