Welcome the year of the horse with special Lunar New Year delights at Jade restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel. All three Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurants will be open throughout the 15 days of Chinese New Year, offering guests delights inspired by the horse with a play on names and ingredients like chestnuts. Tian Fu Tea Room at Si Chuan Dou Hua – Imperial Reunion High Tea

Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road has done something different and launched a new Reunion Imperial High Tea menu that offers a 8-course menu of auspicious dishes for friends and family who are looking to enjoy some time together during the festive period without burning a hole in their pockets.

Lime – Lunar New Year Feasts

Enjoy celebratory feasts at Lime at PARKROYAL on Pickering and savour the best of Chinese cuisine. Edge at Pan Pacific – Lunar New Year Eve Special

Edge has prepared a special line up for Lunar New Year Eve. With seven open kitchens featuring more than 50 different dishes prepared “a la minute”, highlights will include Alaskan King Crab, French Oysters, Boston Lobster, Peking Duck, Roasted Suckling Pig, Foie Gras, a “Yu Sheng” counter, an extensive cheese board and festive desserts such as Pineapple Tarts and Kumquat Panna Cotta.

Celebrity chef restaurant db Bistro Moderne is joining in the Chinese New Year celebrations with a special family-styled dinner menu crafted by Executive Chef Jonathan Kinsella. The menu features a Seafood Platter (oysters, lobster, shrimp and razor clams), Boston Lobster & Black Pepper Mee as well as the succulent Roast Stuffed Suckling Pig with gratin dauphinois, wild mushrooms, garlic baby kalian and butternut squash. Diners can also round up the meal with the Baked Alaska, a desert with almond biscuit, caramelised white chocolate and mandarin sorbet.
