The neighbourhood of Jalan Kamunting is evolving with the reincarnation of The Row, formally known as the Asian Heritage Row which are 22 1940s shophouses that feature restaurants, nightlife, cafés, art galleries and creative businesses.
Hotel Stripes offers 2 dining options including 'The Snug', a cosy industrial designed space to get a quick caffeine fix and 'Brasserie 25' a French-style restaurant with red brick arcades, mid-century copper sputnik chandeliers and dark wood floors.
