Sauces by Daniel is a sophisticated looking restaurant with white leather chairs and cool interior decor. It's a place you'll want to dine at whether you stay at the hotel or not. Award-winning Chef Daniel creates an array of western cuisine with an Asian twist. Highlights include Braised Lamb Shank, Oven-baked Spring Chicken, Herbs-infused Wagyu Beef and Molten Lava Cake for dessert.

Hotel Indigo Katong
Opened in July 2016, this new hotel in Singapore is located in one of the city's foodie hotspots: Katong. Housed in the former Joo Chiat Police Station, Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong offers 131 rooms designed to reflect the local culture and history of its neighbourhood. Design elements inspired by the Peranakans (Straits-born Chinese) include a feature wall at the hotel’s reception comprising a collage of intricate Peranakan ceramic patterns and colourful pop-art renditions of water jars.
Eat at Baba Chews Bar and Eatery
Being surrounded by great eateries, Baba Chews had to be something worth seeking out. The hotel's all-day dining restaurant decided to stand out by serving modern and traditional cuisine from the Straits of Malacca with dishes like Ayam Buah Keluak, Pork Ribs Pongteh and Telur Dadar Cincalok.

M Social Singapore
M Social Singapore opened its doors on 9 June 2016 along the Singapore River overlooking vibrant Robertson Quay. The 293-room lifestyle design hotel has renowned designer Philippe Starck to thank for its chic interiors. A small, self-serve hotel, amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness centre, free wifi and shuttle busses to the city.
Eat at Beast & Butterflies
Located along the river in Robertson Quay, Beast & Butterflies offers a mix of Asian and Western cuisine along with artisanal cocktails. Inside, the quirky decor has many Starck signatures including lots of chrome finishes and screens set into the bar counter.
Stay in a Loft Terrace
The terrace rooms vary in layout but all have 2 different levels for sleeping and lounging with the bonus of an outdoor terrace. Loft rooms start around S$200.
Oasia Hotel Downtown
This new hotel in Singapore opened on 18 April 2016 in the Tanjong Pagar area. Highlights of Oasia Hotel Downtown include its open air 14th floor reception area, top floor pool and ground floor restaurant Marmalade Pantry. The hotel’s bar will be opening at the end of April.

This multi-location café chain always promises quirky decor and good western fare. The location inside Oasia Hotel Downtown is no exception and boasts an over height ceiling and yummy desserts.

With only 3 room categories, the Club Room gets you exclusive access to the club lounge and infinity poo. You also enjoy a bathtub instead of shower in your room as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Club rooms start around S$240.
Four Points by Sheraton
Reopened on 1st July 2016 as Four Points by Sheraton is another river side hotel to open in Singapore, but this one boasts the most amenities. With 4 food and beverage options, a gym, steam bath and outdoor pool, there's a lot here to keep one busy.
Eat at Best Brew
With so many food and beverage options at this hotel it's hard to decide which one to dine at. Best Brew is a great place to start for beer and western food lovers which a menu of fish and chips, burgers and more. Look out for their Unlimited Chill and Grill night every first Friday of the month with free flow beer and food at just S$58 nett per person.
