Dine on 3 at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa

On Christmas Eve, 24 December 2013, Dine On 3 showcases a 78-metre holiday spread with over 100 dishes. Highlights include traditional roasts, turkey, ham, seafood and grill, as well as an array of delectable desserts.

Culinary highlights include seafood on ice and on the grill with an oyster bar, in addition to live carving of a whole roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and leg ham. Accompanying these are specialities from various cuisines, from Singapore Chilli Crab to Indian Lamb Rogan Josh and Moroccan Chicken Bastilla. The scaled-down-to-height buffet counters in the children’s corner provide an array of goodies including Christmas cookies, marshmallows and gummy bears.

On New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2013, Dine On 3 offers a Rasa Wonderland buffet dinner at its 78-metre buffet spread. Featuring over 100 dishes, the buffet spread encompasses specialities from across the world; from Pan-Seared Foie Gras and Duck Terrine to Australian Whole Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Prawns Braised in Chinese Wine, Suckling Pig, Tandoori Turkey, Chermoula Yellowtail Kingfish and a Whole Roast Lamb in Moroccan Spices.
