On Christmas Eve, 24 December 2012, Dine On 3 showcases a White Christmas on Sentosa with a 78-metre holiday spread decked in all the festive trimmings across three restaurants – Silver Shell Cafe, Casserole and 8 Noodles. Guests are spoilt for choice with over 100 dishes including cuisine prepared a la minute from the various cooking stations.
Culinary highlights include seafood on ice and on the grill with an oyster bar, in addition to live carving of a whole roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and leg ham. Accompanying these are specialities from various cuisines, from Singapore Chilli Crab to Indian Lamb Rogan Josh and Moroccan Chicken Bastilla. The scaled-down-to-height buffet counters in the children’s corner provide an array of goodies including Christmas cookies, marshmallows and gummy bears.
