1-Altitude has launched a new Sunday Brunch for the month of December that gives you the opportunity to try new wines while enjoying a Festive Sunday Brunch at the same time. Each week will feature wines from a different supplier with a large selection available for sampling and a select few to enjoy free flow. Sunday Brunch highlights include an Omelette selection, French toast, Mini breakfast tacos, Crispy smoked bacon Smoked salmon benedict (butler pass), Traditional roast turkey with truffle and pistachio stuffing, Honey and mustard glazed bone in ham, Rosemary roast leg of lamb and a range of festive desserts. Enjoy all of this, along with the unsurpassed view from 1-Altitude.
